At the Health Action Council’s 2021 IN-VALUE-ABLE Conference, Supportiv Co-Founder and CEO Helena Plater-Zyberk addressed the nation’s exponential uptick in mental health need and the rapid rise of tele-health services during the pandemic.

During the “Mental and Behavioral Health Solutions for 2021 and Beyond” panel session, HAC member employers tuned in for forward-thinking solutions to today’s increasingly demanding mental health needs.

Our Supportiv CEO outlined the increasingly common emotional struggles faced by so many employees today. Helena suggested cost-free, evidence-based options such as nature walks and volunteering to increase individual well-being and sustain productivity.

Finally, she shared the benefits and outcomes of Supportiv digital peer support for employers seeking accessible and effective mental health care for their employees.

Also noted was Supportiv’s unique ability to provide safe, anonymous, 24/7, peer to peer support to fill the human need for authentic connection, especially in these challenging times.
