- 1+ years of experience leading teams and successful projects
- 2+ years of post-grad experience in the field of Deep Learning and Natural Language Understanding
- Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in deep learning or natural language processing (NLP), or other fields applying NLP/NLU techniques with publications in top-tier journals and conferences
- Strong knowledge of modern NLU techniques such as RNNs, Transformers, BERT, GPT, Foundational NLP models, etc
- Experience with common NLP/NLU packages and tools (NLTK, Spacy, Scikit-learn, Pytorch, Huggingface)
- Experience with cloud computing technologies
- Experience with developing and evaluating NLU models, deploying models into production, monitoring performance, and retraining as necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
